2012年立ち上げの舞台制作ユニット。

戦後日本文学を通して現代社会にも通じる人間の不変の姿を見ることをテーマに

公演毎に演出家・出演者をアレンジして活動。

2013年の旗揚げ公演では花組芝居の水下きよし氏を演出に迎え安部公房「友達」を上演。

1974年に書かれた戯曲のオリジナリティーを尊重しつつ、現代社会にも通じる問題提起を含んだ演出が評価を得た。

続けて同年、「棒になった男」を台本通りの三部構成で上演。

近年では珍しい安部公房作品連続上演となった。

作家のオリジナリティーを尊重する芝居作りをする一方で

岸田國士・星新一などの短篇をミックス構成したオリジナル作品も発表している。

Office Fey was established in 2012 for producing Japanese dramas, mostly written after WW2.

Thinking current social issues through old dramas is the puepose of our perfomance.

The first production was "Friends" written by Kobo Abe in 1974, and it was favorably reviewed for the dramaturgy that keeps the original text of the play and uses the lines for seeing current social issues which we've faced.

Afterwards, we've produced the works of Kunio Kishida, Shinichi Hoshi and Kobo Abe as well.
